Welcome to Quovo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Quovo mobile application ("App", "Service"). By accessing or using Quovo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
By creating an account, accessing, or using Quovo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Quovo. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App. By using Quovo, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Quovo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand features without our prior written permission.
Your use of Quovo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
Quovo requires access to your device's camera, microphone, and photo library to enable content creation features. You can manage these permissions through your device settings. We use this access solely for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
The App may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUOVO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR USE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quovo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Quovo after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Quovo regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
